Our workshop is small, but comprehensive. We keep all our equipment and processes under one roof and only under rare circumstances do any parts need to leave the building. This reduces the opportunity for a part to go missing during the span of a project. We do as much work in our shop as possible and when it is necessary to use an outside facility we only work with those that have the same high standards that we do. Our services include:
Engine rebuilding
We have rebuilt projects from the small & simple Ford Model T to the larger and more complex Rolls Royce Phantom I – plus many in between.
Evans Cooling Conversion (waterless coolant)
We have the instrumentation needed to measure the moisture content in the cooling solution to ensure all of the water has been removed from the system.
Starter/generator/dynamo rebuilding
We have a large collection of NOS parts and may years’ experience rebuilding American and British units. We have the equipment to resurface armatures and bench test each unit.
Hobson/King Seeley/telegauge hydrostatic fuel gage repair
We can repair or reconstruct the hydrostatic fuel tank units as well as rebuild the gauge itself. Replacement fluid for the gauge is kept in stock.
Autovac repair/rebuild
Each autovac we rebuild is bench tested to ensure proper operation. Most parts are still available for these units and readily available from our supplier.
Enclosed Transportation to and from our shop
Our 20 foot, 10,000 gvw, extra tall trailer is equipped with a winch and e-track tie downs to be as universal as possible and accommodate most any car.
Winter storage preparation
We can prepare your car for winter storage, conducting a multi-point inspection, changing fluids, fog the engine to minimize interior corrosion, etc. If needed we will come to you, put the car up on jack-stands, provide a cover and trickle charger.
Spring time Start-up
In the spring we will prepare your car for the driving season with an inspection of all the critical components, fluid changes (if not done before storage) and whatever else it may need.
